HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!!
Sometimes a recipe will call for only an egg white or only an egg yolk. Don’t throw out that good leftover! Just freeze it and add it to your next omelet or scrambled eggs. If you make sure they don’t get freezer burn, they will last quite a while, but I like to use them as soon as possible.
